Do you have a hard time forgiving people?
AnonymousDepends on the situation. I used to hold grudges. Especially before I got clean. I would just spend my days mad at whoever. But when I almost died, I realized that living like that is pointless. You need to forgive. Its what God has taught us to do. and by NO MEANS am I saying its easy to do, but its necessary.
Also, forgiving someone doesnt mean you forget what they did.

as awful as it sounds, i ODed for a reason. I was supposed to go through that in order to be where I am today. I truly believe God wanted me here so I could use my story to inspire others and help people in the grips of drug addiction. In the 2 years I’ve been clean I’ve helped probably about 7-8 people. Im very open and honest about what happened because if I’m not, no one else can learn from it. and thats what i want people to do. people come to me all the time asking for help and advice and it feels SO GOOD to be wanted and needed. I had never felt that before. its better than any high.
